'Welcome to Nerd Fit! A brand new series from me, Game Master Craig. Throughout 2020, we witness countless people suffer incredible losses. For me, it was my health and my sanity! Over the course of 2021, I\'m going to strive to get my health back on track! I\'ve got around ~80lbs to lose and I\'m looking to do it during this winter season. I\'ll be posting my recipes and workout routines here, so you\'ll be able to see how well this routine works.  - - -  Here\'s todays Macros: Breakfast: Coffee, Splenda, 1 Large Egg;  72kcal, 0g Carbs, 5g Fat, 6g Protein  Lunch: Kirkland Chicken Bake, Organic Avocado Mash (57g); 610kcal, 62g Carbs, 25g Fat, 36g Protein  Dinner: Butterball Ground Turkey, Sweet Potato, Broccoli Florets, French\'s Sweet BBQ Mustard 553kcal, 47g Carbs, 17g Fat, 48g Protein  In-Betweens: Olympus Labs Superior Protein, Kirkland Organic Almond Milk, Innovapharm Novamino, Innovapharm Novapump, Dark Horse Preworkout 160kcal, 5g Carbs, 5g Fat, 24g Protein  Total Macros: 1,395 kcal, 114g Carbs, 52g Fat, 114g Protein  Review: Sodium intake was a little high at 2711, but that\'s to be expected when getting a Costco Chicken Bake! Still remained within the calorie limit of 1250-1500 calories. Will weigh in tomorrow to record starting weight. - - - Workout: Legs Day Warmup: 5 mins on 3mph treadmill, Leg Lifts light 2 sets Squats: 5x15, empty bar Leg Curls: 5x12, 60lbs Leg Extensions: 5x12(3sets), Failure, Failure dropset Single Leg Curls: 4x12, 25 lbs Cardio: 20 mins, 178kcals burnt - - -  Notes: I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or physician of any sort.
